Avalanche Targets $15 as India Brings $2 Billion in Agricultural Assets Onchain

Avalanche (AVAX) is approaching a critical technical breakout level as India’s agricultural technology company Arya.ag expands its blockchain-powered financing infrastructure involving approximately $2 billion in stored grain. The initiative uses Avalanche technology to help farmers and financial institutions verify agricultural commodities, manage warehouse receipts and improve access to credit. Meanwhile, AVAX is testing a multiyear falling-wedge resistance level near $11, with analysts identifying $15 and $22 as potential upside targets if a breakout is confirmed.

India Uses Avalanche to Modernize Agricultural Financing

Arya.ag, one of India’s major agricultural storage and financing companies, is working with Finternet and lending partners to bring agricultural collateral records onto a dedicated Avalanche blockchain.

The initiative connects physical grain storage with digital financial infrastructure, allowing lenders to verify commodities used to secure agricultural loans.

Key developments include:

  • Approximately $2 billion in stored agricultural commodities covered by the initiative.

  • More than 12,000 warehouses within Arya.ag’s agricultural network.

  • Singularity Credit and Aryadhan participating in the financing ecosystem.

  • Blockchain records designed to improve collateral verification, transparency and loan tracking.

The project could make it easier for financial institutions to evaluate grain-backed loans while reducing paperwork and the risk of duplicate collateral claims.

Importantly, the initiative does not mean $2 billion in grain has been converted into freely tradable cryptocurrency tokens. The blockchain primarily records warehouse deposits, receipts and financing information.

AVAX Tests Major Resistance Near $11

Alongside the agricultural financing development, AVAX is approaching a technical level that traders have monitored for several years.

According to market analysis published October 7, Avalanche is retesting the upper boundary of a multiyear falling-wedge pattern near $11.

A falling wedge is a chart formation that can indicate weakening selling pressure and a possible bullish reversal when prices break above resistance.

Analysts are monitoring three key price levels:

  • $11 — Immediate resistance and potential breakout level

  • $15 — First potential upside target

  • $22 — Secondary resistance target if momentum strengthens

However, a move above resistance would need sustained buying activity to confirm a breakout. The price targets are technical scenarios, not guaranteed outcomes.

Avalanche Expands Its Real-World Asset Ecosystem

The agricultural financing project demonstrates how blockchain technology can support real-world assets (RWAs) beyond traditional cryptocurrency markets.

Rather than focusing exclusively on tokenized stocks, bonds or real estate, Arya.ag is applying blockchain infrastructure to commodities that support India’s agricultural economy.

The system could help farmers access financing using grain already held in storage, while providing lenders with more transparent records of the collateral backing their loans.

Avalanche’s dedicated blockchain architecture also allows businesses to configure networks for specific operational and regulatory requirements.

Blockchain Adoption Moves Beyond Cryptocurrency Trading

The larger significance of Arya.ag’s initiative is the use of blockchain to address financial challenges in a traditional industry.

Agricultural lending often depends on documentation, warehouse inspections and verification of physical commodities. Blockchain-based records could streamline parts of that process and improve coordination among farmers, warehouse operators and lenders.

For Avalanche, the project provides another example of enterprise adoption, although its impact on AVAX token demand and price remains uncertain.

With approximately $2 billion in agricultural commodities connected to its blockchain infrastructure, Avalanche is demonstrating how real-world assets can support practical financial applications while AVAX approaches a potentially important technical breakout.
