Cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, Bitget, has unveiled the Blockchain4Her (B4H) Ambassador Program, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at bolstering inclusiveness and providing secure funding opportunities for women in the blockchain and Web3 space.
The program seeks to bridge the significant gender gap and limited opportunities for talented women by welcoming exceptional female leaders as ambassadors. These trailblazers will serve as role models, builders, supporters, and mentors, empowering and elevating a new generation of female talent and leaders through their guidance, assistance, and expertise.
Three prominent women have already joined the B4H Ambassador Program: Tess Hau, founder of Tess Ventures; Yevheniia Broshevan, Co-founder of Hacken; and Cecilia Hsueh, CEO of the Layer 2 ecosystem project Morph. The initiative will encompass various projects and events focused on role modeling, networking, involvement, and targeted support. The ambassadors will share inspirational stories, participate in conferences and speaking engagements, contribute their expertise, and receive comprehensive training and support from Bitget.
With a multi-faceted approach, the B4H Ambassador Program aims to advance the role of women in the Web3 space, promoting gender diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunities in the blockchain industry.
