After the huge success of the Ray-Ban collaboration, Meta brings its smartglass technology to Oakley with a new range of performance eyewear. The Oakley Meta HSTN brings a number of upgrades that include a 40% longer battery life with up to eight hours of use, a charging case with 48 hours of battery life, a higher resolution 3K camera, and a selection of Oakley’s proprietary Prizm lenses.
Everything on the Oakley Meta HSTN works just like the Ray-Ban model with built-in microphones and speakers that let you use your voice to activate Meta’s AI assistant for accessing real time information as well as controlling features like playing your music or recording video. Oakley Meta HSTN will launch in six frame options on July 11th for $399.
